Memories Made (part 1)

When you go on a long holiday and you carry your camera around, you know that a ton of clicks happen.

Especially if your name is Camellia. 😉

A ton of clicks happened!

If you are inclined to guess the number, please do so and leave me a comment.

Beacuse of the high number of clicks, this particular post will have several....several....several...entries and might take me a while to post each entry.

Lets start from the begining of our trip; Seattle, Washington.

Included in this post are some architectural photography, along with street photography as we headed toward the "Market".

The Seattle Spheres
The Spheres were developed to be the most unique workspace in the region. It is home to more than 40,000 plants from the cloud forest regions of over 30 countries.

But the significance of The Sphere does not just lie on the number of plants growing there, but also on the fact that it is Amazon's Corporate Headquarters.  There are currently 1,800 employees that work at the Amazon office, which opened up in 2018.

Side note- As of March 2022,  Amazon is telling employees they can work at an alternative location due to recent crime around its downtown Seattle office.

Sequoia Tree standing in front of Macy's is 100 ft.tall. Historically, this live tree has been ornately decorated each Christmas however, Macy’s has indicated this tradition may not continue due to the climate change and its struggle to survive.

Checking to see if he has the correct pair of shoes on. 😁

Next entry will be the inside of the famous Pike Place Market.

    1. Thanks Gethin. A total of 2.5 days of sun throughout the trip. Most probably why I will not be moving to that area anytime soon😎🌞
