Keeping An Eye On Chippy

The wildlife in our backyard have been very active the last few days, giving me reason to take the big lens out and shoot away.

Today's post is all about the little thief that loves to run around stealing bird feed.

I am definitely not a fan of rodents, but at the same time I can't resist taking a photo or two of this cute little guy.

    1. Thanks. They are fast little munchkins. They remind me of Edith Bunker; forever "scampering" 😊😉

  3. This reminded me of a chipmunk anecdote from my childhood involving a chipmunk trap. They were way too clever though. We had to make do with a firefly torch.😉

    1. Speaking of fireflies, I just remembered that I have only seen one this year. Wonder if they too have become extinct.

    2. Good old pyrethoid "natural, organic" mosquito sprays and the drought - they do a number on many insect species.

    3. Pretty soon we will all be extinct :)
