Ca c'est pour vous!
Full disclousre:
I used my cellphone for these awesome "clicks".😁
(c'est la vie)
I noticed some sloppy carpentry. 😏
(I"ll wait to see if your keen eyes catch sight).
I tried a couple of small glasses.
(quite cidery). 🤤
Mission accomplie!🤪
That drinks mat would look lovely on my desk. Just saying.😉
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a great place, I love the building and decor. But now being picky, the glasses look a bit small. 😂 Also I am old fashioned and prefer my cider with just apples in, none of this new fangled mango. But I would definitely go here if it was my local. Definitely mission accomplished. Apart from my desk which looks a little bare. Currently I have a mat with Dartmoor Jail Ale, which I don't drink.😊
ReplyDeleteThat lady in pic 2, I would stop serving her now.🤣 Some of the wood may be intentionally distressed, like some of the customers. Oh, and we say draught not draft just as a point of interest.
ReplyDeleteResponding backwards...first of all -"The noun draught is pronounced exactly like draft, and it also shares most of the same meanings. A cold burst of wind, a swig or a serving of a drink, the act of pulling a heavy load, and the depth of a ship below the surface of the water: each of these can be called a draught."
ReplyDeleteSecondly- I drank #10 first, very very mild tasting. Then I drank #1 and I could definitely taste the "cider".
Thirdly- I am dissapointed in your eyesight...you did not catch what I saw😏
Was not criticising your spelling of draft it's just that here we only use the draught spelling for beer and the draft spelling for the wind. They aren't interchangeable. What did you saw, you have to tell me now.😉
DeleteI know you were not criticising...I had to look it up to see the difference. Moving on ( might need to criticise... only because you know I am such a perfect typist/speller......"what did I saw"? Is saw used correclty here? just wondering. Ok let's move beyond the linguistics.......picture #8
