Start of a new year on the 52 frames weekly challenge means one has to start witih a self portrait. As per always I have to try and experiment several times with the theme of the weekly challenge before submiting a photo.
This week was no exception. Took several photos and submitted one.

Love the card shot! And you got the swag!! I'm not playing this week, and will be very selective, even when I try the challenge, in posting. I just don't get anything out of it. But I do like working on those challenges. Oh, and don't EVER look up - something might be coming down!

I don't know if you follow them on fb, but man so many whiny people on there, you would think these challenges were the end of the world type things.Anyway, the fb site and the orginal site do not impress me much....way too big, but I do like to look at the challenges and occasionally I have learned something new, it also keeps me busy over the winter days. I learned one thing while doing the card shot...I can't squeeze the cards so they fly, as I have seen it done in the movies...hence the throw 😁
